Worcester County Sheriff’s Office seeks two for violations of sex offender laws

The Worcester County Sheriff’s Office has arrest warrants for two men for violations of Maryland’s sex offender laws.
The Worcester County Sheriff’s office is seeking 20 year old, Delmar James Cubbage, of Bishopville. He is wanted for failing to re-register as a sex offender within three days of moving to a new location.

Police are also seeking 28 year old Edward Lee Robbins, Jr., of Ocean City. Robbins is wanted for failing to re-register as a sex offender within three days of moving to a new location.

O.M.G. real heavy criminals here we got ..there are people out there killing / robbing / abusing / and they are putting these guys on the news front page .....get real...what real good as the sex offender registry done ???? anyone know the truth on those past convicted and the reconviction rate and the LIST is costing tax payers millions of dollars a year and does not and have never prevented a crime..BUT hey lets create more registries and stop all crimes as it did sex offenses RIGHT ??
