Narrative
responded to a reported altercation at a residence in the 34000 block of Wango Road in Parsonsburg.
Upon arrival, the deputy met with a female victim who advised that she became embroiled in a verbal
altercation with her boyfriend, Thomas J. Reeser that turned physical. She accused Reeser of striking her
several times. It is alleged that Reeser struck his girlfriend in the face as well as pushed her down the
stairs. The deputy saw injuries on the victim that corroborated this account.
The deputy placed Reeser under arrest and transported him to the Central Booking Unit where he was
processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, the
Commissioner detained Reeser in the Detention Center in lieu of $15,000.00 bond.

Narrative
of vandalism that had occurred in the Hebron area. In these reports, multiple mailboxes were either stolen
or severely damaged. In at least three incidents, the mailboxes were thrown at either a vehicle or
residential windows causing damage. As of this time, the Sheriff’s Office has identified 15 separate
victims and this case is being actively investigated.
If anyone was in the areas of Porter Mill Road, Rewastico Road, Athol Road or Levin Dashiell Road
during the overnight hours and believes they may have witnessed anything, you are asked to call the
Sheriff’s Office at 410-548-4891.
