That's what happens when you have the city truck,in the second picture blocking the drive way just to water flowers because there to fat to f'ing park around the corner and walk...
Looks like a moving violation for going wrong way. Now where's that rabid cop that's always on here threatening to not do his job if we criticize him?

It doesn't matter if there were ten trucks parked there. The taxi is doing an illegal maneuver.
I have told that the city waters the flowers around noon. This is when the local restaurants are attempting to serve lunch to their customers. With the street closed customers cant even get down the street. Why cant they water the flowers late afternoon or first thing in the morning. OR are we trying to close these bussiness too????
Stupid beyond belief. Downtown has become a wild west of stupidity. People do whatever they want. No common sense.

Why limit it to just downtown? I see plenty of stupid every single time I drive around this burg.
And sometimes they even have emergency lights on top of vehicle.
If ANYONE is so upset kids might damage a handrail or an old brick, why aren't things repaired there as it is? You worried kids are gonna tear something up that's already fugly?
