ANNAPOLIS, MD (July 15, 2011) – Governor Martin O’Malley today issued the following statement on the passing of John S. Toll, Maryland’s first state university chancellor and former president of Washington College:
“Today, we mourn the passing of John S. Toll.
“We feel his legacy in the generations of Marylanders whose lives he impacted, through his service at Washington College and the University of Maryland system. He helped build the University of Maryland system into what it is today: one of the world’s leading institutions of higher learning, imagination, and discovery.
“Our hearts go out to John’s family, and to the entire University of Maryland family.”

Does anyone thing O'Malley has ever seen or read any of these "statements" that he seems to issue on an hourly basis? We are probably paying the salary of someone whose sole job is to write "statements" for this clown.
Same with all government executives...Obama, Ireton, Ehrlich.
But then, if they didn't send these things out, you'd be the first to complain about their lack of sensitivity, decorum or whatever.
No he wouldn't be first. I would.
