Looks like an awfully permanent sign with the cable tie and all. I guess they're cutting costs by not having someone clean a urinal that doesn't work. As for Monday, it may not be needed at all because the story yesterday reported that the Park and Ride stop is being moved away from any public bathroom facilities for the whole day.
