Date and Time of Occurrence: Saturday, July 02, 2011 at 2:50 a.m.
Suspect: Black male approximately 30 years of age, 5’05”-5’06” tall with an average build and short black hair. He was last seen wearing a pair of blue jeans and a gray shirt.
Victim: 64 year old Seaford, DE female

Seaford- Delaware State Police detectives are currently investigating the assault and robbery of a 64 year old Seaford, DE woman that occurred early this morning.
The incident occurred at approximately 2:50 a.m. today as a male suspect knocked on the door of a residence located in the 25000 block of the Park Circle Mobile Gardens, in Seaford. After the 64 year old female homeowner opened the door the suspect entered the home at which time he then sexually assaulted her. After the assault the suspect removed some of the victim’s items from the home and then fled in an unknown direction. The victim then contacted 9-1-1 and was subsequently transported by EMS to the Nanticoke Hospital where she was treated and released with minor injuries.
The investigation into this assault in continuing and detectives are asking anyone who may have any information in reference to this incident to contact Troop 4 at 302-856-5850 ext. 214. trailer park and at 2:50am. more to this than what is being said! Someone banging on the door at 2:50am and a female just opens the door with out looking or even asking who it was? must happen a lot and more to this story! that park is filled with junkies and sex offenders. 20 years ago, that was a nice mobile home park. then new yorkers took over then all hell is brought in.
