Delaware State Police arrested a 53-year-old security and facility manager for Mountaire Farms July 26 in connection with rape and sexual harassment charges.
Several women working at the Mountaire Farms facility near Millsboro said they were sexually harassed or had unwanted sexual encounters with the man, said Cpl. Bruce Harris of the Delaware State Police.
