Tea Party Rep. Joe Walsh Sued for $100,000 in Child Support

Freshman U.S. Rep. Joe Walsh, a tax-bashing Tea Party champion who sharply lectures President Barack Obama and other Democrats on fiscal responsibility, owes more than $100,000 in child support to his ex-wife and three children, according to documents his ex-wife filed in their divorce case in December.

“I won’t place one more dollar of debt upon the backs of my kids and grandkids unless we structurally reform the way this town spends money!” Walsh says directly into the camera in his viral video lecturing Obama on the need to get the nation’s finances in order.

This article is from the Chicago Sun-Times.  Note the headline and the lead.  A great example of how the “unbiased” MSM shows its true bias. – Ed.

She's trying the take his new salary and apply it to the past nine years

Just because he's being "sued" for it dosent mean he owes or that it is justified....you think it's not the norm for a soon to be ex to ask for an above the expected amount?
Not to mention media party bias....you gals should know better than that....

3:47, The amount he owed was set by the court before he was elected, so yes, she's just trying to get what her children are owed. I did read the article and he's simply a deadbeat dad. And 4:23, do you really think party has ANYTHING to do with not supporting your children? He's being sued because he owes a debt - that's how it works. You both know better than that.

Not sure why you think this headline is biased. This guy runs on fiscal responsibility and promotes himself as a card carrying Tea Partier. Looks like facts to me.
