BALTIMORE - The head of the Baltimore City fire academy has been reassigned amid a cheating scandal that rocked the department.
Paul Moore is scheduled to take over on August 2 for the reassigned Chief Lloyd Carter.
While Baltimore City Fire Officials have not stated directly that Cater is being reassigned solely because of the scandal they do tell ABC 2 News that they have reassigned Carter in an effort to "continue improving the services and resources that we provide the community."
Fire Chief Clack has decided to realign a few of the Chief officers to other areas that would "better suit their talents."
