"Let's be clear on this: OBAMA did NOT kill Bin Laden. An American sailor, who Obama just a few weeks ago was debating on whether or not to PAY, did. In fact, if you remember a little less than two years ago, his administration actually charged and attempted to court marshal 3 Navy Seals from Seal Team Six, when a terrorist suspect they captured, complained they had punched him during the take down and bloodied his nose. His administration further commented how brutal they were. The left were calling them Nazis and Baby Killers. Now all of a sudden the very brave men they vilified, are now heros when they make his administration look good in the eyes of the public. Obama just happened to be the one in office when the CIA finally found the b...... and our sailors took him out. Essentially, Obama only gave an answer. Yes or No, to him being taken out. This is NOT an Obama victory, but an AMERICAN victory!!

Sorry, but as Commander in Chief he DOES get kudos on this one. Your sour grapes are showing! Conservatives would get more respect if they didn't try to denegrade Obama for any reason they can think of.

Obama just happened to be in office. If it were his decision alone he would let him stay at large..and not let anyone hurt him..How about the 3000 plus of our people did he hurt/kill.. He is still a nobody and puts our country in danger every day.
So Truman doesn't get the credit/blame for dropping the bombs on Japan?
Johnson doesn't get the blame for escalating the war in Vietnam?
Carter shouldn't have gotten the blame for the failed rescue attempt in Iran?
Reagan shouldn't get the credit for Noreiga, Grenada, etc?
Bush the Elder shouldn't get the blame for not going after Saddam?
Bush the Younger shouldn't get the credit for taking down the Taliban/Saddam?
Can we all agree that none of these Presidents were actually on the ground during the missions? And yet, it was their decisions that created these results.
Tough to argue, in this context, that Obama should not get credit for the elimination of OBL.

Men of integrity give credit where credit is due. In this case the credit goes to the military personnel that carried out the action, not all of this "I" and "me" garbage. He is only as good as his weakest link (him).
What is the whole thing about obama not wanting to pay soldiers? Was it not republicans that were black-balling the budget resolutions? They wanted to shut the government down over planned parenthood funding.

Not all Conservatives are the same. Just as all Liberals are not the same. You fall into the category of making the "us vs them" argument... which is EASY, and quite fallacious (no matter if it be either side misrepresenting the other)... what is difficult but more intellectually honest is to actually discuss ideas based on their merits. I wish we could see more of that here, more honest discourse in conversation... and less partisanship.
