At What Level Does It Take For Law Enforcement To React To Disturbing Behavior

After the shooting in Arizona and so many signs of disturbing behavior, it makes you wonder what it takes for law enforcement to get involved before something goes horribly wrong. When the warning signs are there, why do they turn their backs on obvious problems/people?

When the federal government sees an issue with an individual who is showing Al Qaeda like behavior they take action.  They set them up in a sting like operation to see just how far that person might go to create havoc for their cause.

With mentally unstable people can you go that same route and can you lump all those people in the same group of instability?  Its something that is going to need to be addressed.  When do we say that access to weapons for the general public is not a healthy thing for us as  a society?  Where and when do we start drawing some lines in the sand?  It's obvious what we now have in place is not working for us.  What now?

I agree with you especially concerning recent comments towards you and your family. Does it take something to actually happy before they admit that certain people need to be addressed with a warning of some kind?

just like the guy from waller road that painted on his house and all. was obsessed with maggie rodriguez and eilene weiland.....who knows what may have happened if they hadnt put him in a hospital.

Mcguire in Delmar is the worst. Robinson did discharge a gun in his business. Taylor is just a mouth piece for them all. Robinson and Mcguire sneaking around at night taking pictures is scary enough for me.

McGuire has a gun and a license to carry. Don't forget that Wayne guy in Delmar too.

Is it too much to have some restrictions that crazies are not allowed to have guns?

I wonder what the MVA would think of him using historic tags on a vehicle that is obviously being used commercial vehicle?

Joe if your not already you should have your piece in the car on your way to a friends range to shoot it you have friends everywhere in the area with places to shoot and you practice quite a bit so your to & from those places very frequently day and night, got to have night fire practice, with gun on hand. I know it sounds cocky but, I made up my mind 30 years ago I'd rather be judged by 12 than carried by 6!

They are all so pathetic. Were they all douche bags in high school too?

They have been stalking you for years Joe. In my honest opinion, the mere fact they have blogs pretty muich all about you and your family tells me they have screws loose. Think about it. One of them goes by the name of grinch. The name alone tells you everything the man wants you to know about his mental frame of mind. I've read a lot on this McGuire guy on the delmar watchdog. If there's any one of these people I'd be afraid of its that guy. Law enforcement should bring him in and have a hospital evaluate him before its too late.

The guy on Waller road was arrested by the Sheriff's office. That was the only way to deal with the problem. If you do an Emergency petition PRMC does not make the money. So they release as soon as possible unless they say they are going to kill a doctor. Sad but true. Sorry the private sector mental system work in only the mildest of cases.

If he or she is arrested then a judge can see the mental state of the person and order an evaluation on a state level.

Johnny just needs to run accross the right person and he will no longer be the cancer that he is. I have been following the behavior of this man for over 15 years. Let give you a professional assesment of J.R. He is freaken nuts. lol He should have to wear beware of the human sign around his neck.

He shot an employee. He claims the police stalk he and his family. If the cops are watching I guess that would be a good thing.

John has issues that only a professional can help. The sad thing is he believes he is o.k. that is part of his sickness.

Joe on the bright side he is a major pu**y no worries he will not show his face around you. His m.o. is the mail things or post them on his vehicles. He will never have the coconuts to face any man head on. Right Johnny. Kids and women are your cup of tea. Hence the close ties to J.T. he is as close to he/she you can get. He and John should be married.

Joe you are safe. If you were a child or a women then I might have fear for you. Trust me on this one.

anonymous 11:10, oh really, is that what you believe? Threatening to rape my Wife and murder my Grandson, I asked for that!

You pussy's aren't even man enough to use your names, let alone go after me instead. No, you have to terrorize a woman and a child because your not man enough to face me personally.

I have stood up to each and every one of you face to face and I NEVER backed down. Of course none of you want to admit that.

Would you consider that cross hair over Joe's face a threat? I sure would. And I'm not a liberal "wet pants" as Joe likes to call them. It's totally out of line in this case as well as on Palin's web site, regardless of whether it has anything to do with Tucson.

I agree. If you have a problem with Joe go after him. Attacking his wife and grandson is over the line.

There are laws against mentally ill people from owning guns.
