A tractor trailer pulled across two lanes of traffic to go from the Route 13 turn lane to East Main Street to go onto West Main Street and the pickup truck was in the Southbound inside lane and hit the passenger side of the tractor. A large amount of fluid was leaking out however it turned out to be water. Luckily no injuries. I was behind the tractor trailer in the turn lane and witnessed the accident. There was quick response from the Police and Fire personnel.

I don't know what everyone else calls a tractor trailer but that truck that's in the picture is not a tractor trailer.
That is a flatbed, Class B at best, therefore it would qualify as a straight truck.
LOL had the same thought-it is actually a flatbed glad nobody was hurt
