The author describes buzz words like "smart growth", "sustainable growth", etc as disguises for Agenda 21 of the United Nations. Local officials (like Bubba?) have "bought into the ideas" given them by their local brotherhood branches. There is a massive conspiracy against the people of the United States and its roots are in small towns and cities brotherhood meeting rooms like the PNC building downtown.

Are there local branches of the United Nations? And if so, is the PNC Bank affiliated with the UN?
