Davis Ruark has asked Judge Beckstead to swear in Matt Maciarello as a temporary Deputy State's Attorney for Wicomico County pending his ascendency to the position of State's Attorney for Wicomico County on January 3, 2011. The swearing in will take place in Courtroom 1 (in newer part of the Courthouse) on Monday, November 8, 2010, at 8:30 a.m.
