Any local citizens that have been taking advantage of please show up and tell your story and why rates need to be set and enforced. Why towing offices need to be open so people can get their cars instead of racking storage charges just because the towing company wouldn't release the car...The city of salisbury calls the wreckers so they need to protect the citizens from towing cowboys, and make the companies that don't have morals become more legit
