Horse Shot And Killed On Halloween

The killing of a horse might be related to a string of shootings on Halloween in Howard County, Md.

Three cars were damaged by gunshots at two different locations Sunday morning, the 14700 block of Triadelphia Road and the 13700 block of Tridelphia Mill Road in Dayton, police said.

An 11-year-old horse named "Triple" also was killed on Triadelphia Mill Road.

Police do not know if the shootings were related to Halloween.

The horse’s owner is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the shooter.
