Did I see one of Rick's sign that said "Common Sense Leadership"? Was common sense used in the WCC parking situation? NO. Does he use common sense and look out for Wicomico County Tax Payer? NO. I could go on and on with a list where he did / does not use "common sense". The only common sense Rick uses is Political views and the "Good Ole Boy" common sense. He does not beleive in plain ole common sense nor does he beleive the Tax Payers pay his salary and is his boss. He has Obama / Harry / Nancy / Barney syndrome where he beleives the job is his because he earned it. The Tax Payer hasno say.
