Its only a matter of time before someone fulfills the contract. He is in a bad situation.
Kick their ace, sheriff....I'll bet not too many of those convicted criminals wants to be back in his jail.... no TV, no weight room, etc....just like it should be in every jail...the kind of place where you DON'T want to go back, NOT the kind of place where a criminal says "jail? no sweat...I ain't worried 'bout no jail"...make 'em grow their own food, make their own clothes, maintain their own facility, and mind their manners. THAT'S my kind of sheriff...
Its about billions of dollars in drug money when you get right down to it, hell thats enough bought power to eliminate anyone, I mean anyone.
