Heck ya! Nothing worse than going into a public toilet only to discover as you hover over the toilet there is no toilet paper!
This is too funny. My husband constantly makes fun of me for my toilet paper ocd. If we get down to 12 rolls, I panic. I don't feel so alone now LOL
if this IS truly a woman's bathroom, i guarantee you those rolls will be gone within a couple hours.
