The numbers make it LOOK like crime is down now that Webster is out...imagine that. But are they really down? I do believe that the murder numbers are wrong. The report is saying that Salisbury hasn't seen a muder in 3 years. I can recall at least one murder than occured in the City recently-Brandon Jones on Hammond Street. Did they conveniently forget about that one?? This is how reliable SPD reporting is. Is crime really down or are they trying to make it LOOK like it is down? I'd rather have accurate numbers and know the danger out there than to be lied to and be victimized!

SPD should also report attempted murder as attempted murder and not assault! When I think of assault, I think of somebody getting beat up. Getting shot with the intention of being killed is not assault-it's ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!

SPD, REPORT THE CRIME and report it accurately!!!!

spd is still a joke. if all you cops; city, county and state, cant get rid of the criminals, get the hell out of the way and let those that can.
