A letter in today's Daily Times (online) incorrectly states the party affiliation of two members of the Maryland Legislature who have already pre-filed bills in the upcoming session of the General Assembly to require judges to give stronger sentences to persons convicted of sex offenders with child victims, Both Senator Nancy Jacobs and Delegate Micharl Smigiel are Republicans!
It is unclear whether the author of the letter provided the incorrect information. This is written at 7:30 AM -- hopefully the error will be corrected promptly.

Have you noticed that the MSM NEVER says the party affiliation of the event was negative if the person is a Democrat? There has been little coverage of the special electionin Mass for Kennedy's seat but the Republican candidate deserves suppor, visit his site and donate, THIS would tip the balance of power in the Senate!!!
Is Andy Harris a cosponsor of Sen. Jacob's bill? What about Lowekk Stoltzfus.
And how about Conway, Mathais and Elmore on Del. Smigiel's bill?
