Troopers Searching For Two Fugitives
Suspects:
Timothy Hurst, black male, 34, 5’11”, 165 lbs., Last known address Chenault Ct, Dover, DE
Robert Bateman, white male, 25, 6’00”, 179 lbs., Last known address Park Brown Road, Harrington, DE
Resume:
Delaware State Police Troop – 3, Kent County, are searching for two fugitives wanted on unrelated crimes.
Troopers are looking for Timothy Hurst who is wanted for robbery that occurred back on October 20, 2009 at the Discount Liquor Store located in the Gateway South shopping center. Hurst allegedly struggled with a store employee before removing money from the cash drawer.
Troopers are also searching for Robert Bateman who is wanted for his involvement in a felony theft that occurred back on November 6, 2009 at the Universal Mart in Harrington. The incident was reported as a robbery, however, investigators learned that a store employee was involved and the crime is now classified as a felony theft.
Anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of this two individuals is asked to contact the state police at Troop 3, by dialing 302- 697- 2104.
