BREAKING NEWS

SALISBURY SEWAGE TREATMENT LAWSUIT NOW IN FEDERAL COURT IN BALTIMORE!

The notice appears on the "Maryland case search" website for the case that the City of Salisbury filled against the engineers that designed the WWTP expansion that still does not work right:

Document Name:
Notice of Removal to U.S. District Court

This means more costs to do the litigation. And the jury will be made up of persons from all over the State of Maryland -- this is not a good omen, folks.

NOT TO WORRY FOLKS!

Old Chiefy has got contacts in Baltmore and can fix anything.
Why do you think the new Mayor has been sucking up to him.

What's another homicide or two,or a few more armed bank robbries. We will get this sewer thing fixed

Maybe Wilber can tell us why the contract with those engineers did not have a clause that lawsuits would be done in the state courts in Wicomico County.

I thought the same thing. I read this topic this morning and thought to myself, "Wait a minute, aren't many that respond to this matter demanding the City of Salisbury sue the engineering firm that designed the WWTP?"

We live in a world where you have no choice but to litigate everything if you expect compensation in what you believe you've been wronged. Welcome to the system we've created. You would have thought everyone knew this is the avenue the City of Salisbury must travel if it expects the engineer to be palced with some blame for the failures of the WWTP.
