NO MUSLIMS FOUNDED AMERICA BUT PRESIDENT OBAMA THINKS THEY WERE THERE!

by Lee S. Gliddon, Jr.

Nov 14th, 2009 Dear Mr. Obama, OBAMA said, in his Cairo speech: “I know, too, that Islam has always been a part of America ’s story. Dear Mr. Obama: Were those Muslims that were in America when the Pilgrims first landed? Funny, I thought they were Native American Indians.

Were those Muslims that celebrated the first Thanksgiving day? Sorry again, …those were Pilgrims and Native American Indians.

Can you show me one Muslim signature on the United States Constitution? Declaration of Independence ? Bill of Rights? Didn’t think so.

Did Muslims fight for this country’s freedom from England ? No. Did Muslims fight during the Civil War to free the slaves in America ? No, they did not.

In fact, Muslims to this day are still the largest traffickers in human slavery. Your own ‘half brother’ a devout Muslim still advocates slavery himself, even though muslims of Arabic descent refer to black muslims as “pug nosed slaves.” Says a lot of what the Muslim world really thinks of your family’s “rich Islamic heritage” doesn’t it Mr.Obama? Where were Muslims during the Civil Rights era of this country? Not present.

There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King Jr.. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights. Where were Muslims during this country’s Woman’s Suffrage era? Again, not present.

In fact, devout Muslims demand that women are subservient to men in the Islamic culture. So much so that often they are beaten for not wearing the ‘hajib’ or for talking to a man that is not a direct family member or their husband. Yep, the Muslims are all for women’s rights aren’t they?

Where were Muslims during World War II? They were aligned with Adolf Hitler. The Muslim grand mufti himself met with Adolf Hitler, reviewed the troops and accepted support from the Nazi’s in killing Jews.

Finally Mr. Obama, where were Muslims on Sept. 11th, 2001? If they weren’t flying planes into the World Trade Center , the Pentagon or a field in Pennsylvania killing nearly 3,000 people on our own soil, they were rejoicing in the middle east.

No one can dispute the pictures shown from all parts of the Muslim world celebrating on CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and other news networks that day. Strangely, the very “moderate” Muslims who’s asses you bent over backwards to kiss in Cairo , Egypt on June 4th were stone cold silent post 9-11.

To many Americans, their silence has meant approval for the acts of that day. And THAT, Mr. Obama, is the “rich heritage” Muslims have here in America .

And now we can add November 5, 2009-- the slaughter of American soldiers at Fort Hood by a muslim major who is a doctor and a psychiatrist who was supposed to be counselling soldiers returning from battle in Iraq and Afghanistan . That, Obama is the "muslim heritage" in America .

Thank you for telling it like it is. We are in deep deep trouble in this country. Our congress seems no longer to be a co-equal branch of government but rather a bunch of lackys for the white house. Party loyalty trumps loyalty to the constitution of the United States of America. We have a marxist in the white house who is hell bent on destroying the opportunity and freedom offered by the USA. He finds it necessary to travel the world apologizing for and besmirching the reputation of this great country. We have elected the enemy and begining with the 2010 election our mission MUST BE to throw all these bums out of office and elect people who will support our constitution and the American way of life. God bless America and we really need it now!

All terrorists are muslim.

This is as bad as the replacing one of the soldiers raising the flag on Okinawa with a black guy in a sculpture. That actually happened.

Muslims did fight in the Revolutionary war (on our side of course) and every American war since.

There is so much wrong with this article I don't know where to begin. Malcolm X was a Muslim and there are plenty of pictures of him and Martin Luther King Jr. And on Sept 11th, there were Muslims running into the building as part of the FDNY. And the video that was seen of a group rejoicing on all networks, later proved to be from another event all together. About slavery, go down south and see the confederate flag waiving everywhere. Group them all together though because that only makes you a racist.

Higher caste Muslims were some of the very ones who sold fellow Muslims into slavery AND they are most defintely anti Semitic. They also treat women like posessions.Gee,they arent very nice people are they?

Isn't Timothy Mcveigh considered a terrorist and he was not Muslim.

Yea against us. They created the 'American' war!

Those wonderful muslims that don't support the radicals remain silent to this day.

What an outcry of disdain for their fellow muslims butcherous acts.

12:38 PM, The first Muslims in the United States came as slaves. In 1790 the total slave population was 3,737. It is not known how many of those were Muslim. (only two were recorded)
They certainly were not part of the Founding Fathers and it is highly doubtful they fought in the revolution. History is based on fact and not political correctness.

I'd have tend to agree with Anon 1:43 PM.

"There are no pictures or media accounts of Muslims walking side by side with Martin Luther King Jr.. or helping to advance the cause of Civil Rights."

Not true. There were muslims in the Civil Rights Era/Movement-Cassius Clay (Muhammad Ali) and Malcolm Little (Malcolm X) both were highly influential muslims in the civil rights movement and helped forever change America. And there are plenty of pictures of these two individuals along side of Dr. Martin Luther Kings.

I am a devoted American through and through; however, I will not be a typical pompous American and hate an entire group of people because of the actions of a portion of them. I hate those (Muslim or not) who do harm, promote harm or organize harm to my fellow Americans, but I appreciate those who have done good for this country like those I mentioned above. Give those credit who deserve it, but don't stereotype those who are innocent. My great grandfather illegally owned slaves after slavery was abolished, does that mean that I am guilty? No, and I would not want people to assimilate that behavior with me. Not all Muslims are bad - the American people need to realize that despite their hatred towards those muslims who have attacked us.
