Wicomico Recreation Offers Spooky Fun For The Family!

(Salisbury, MD) Wicomico Recreation is excited to announce two spooky events the whole family will enjoy this Halloween season. The first of which will take place at Pemberton Historical Park on Friday, October 23 and will be followed by the Westside Community Center’s Annual Halloween Party on October 31.

Visit Pemberton Historical Park this Halloween for some spooky fun! On Friday, October 23, from 7:00pm to 9:00pm the park will be holding its annual Spooktacular Celebration. This year’s activities will include a scary live animal show, fun crafts, Eastern Shore folk tales told by lamplight on the steps of historic Pemberton Hall, a pumpkin decorating contest with prizes for the winner, face painting and much more!

Join park staff to enjoy a safe and educational night of Halloween fun. Admission is $6 per person or $18 for a family of four and is open to ages 5-12. Events continue the following weekend at the Westside Community Center as it hosts its Annual Halloween Party on October 31st from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The whole family will enjoy a safe and fun Halloween with plenty of games, candy, a bounce house, costume contest, haunted house, and more! I thought this was going to be the meeting of the group that named a program "Kids Klub"....that must be a SCARY group! Purposely misspelling a word associated with a school program is dum. Oops. Dumb.
