i've been a skins fan for 35 years, and this is the worst. Dan Snyder and Vinnie Cerrato need to go. everything is in chaos in the locker room. poor ownership, incompetent gm, clueless coach, over paid primadonna's on the team. and we the fans are the ones paying the price
I'm a huge Skins fan and I agree 100%. How pathetic has this year become. They are the first team in history to play 6 straight games against a team that hasn't won a game all year an only have a 2-3 record. Fan for life but it has been painful.

Wow, no one has heard that. Need a QB, offensive line, receivers, cornerbacks that can catch and defend. All in all just too much to be good in the next few years. Will be a while until we are back on top. RIP Sean Taylor!

I might be fan of the Dreadskins, but the Steelers are 3-2 and would be REALLY lucky to make the wildcard spot this season. At least I know when to shut up when my team sucks-Steeler fan's could go 2-14 and still brag and say that they are the best team in the NFL!
Ok, so with that out of the way...the last quarterback from the Redskins to take us to the play-offs was Todd Collins in the 07-08 season and where is he now? ON THE FRIGGIN BENCH! The best thing that happened to the Redskins that season was Campbell getting hurt-Todd Collins came in to a game against the Bears that Campbell would have otherwise lost for the Skins! After taking out the Bears (7W-9L) in Week 14, he smoked the Giants (10W-6L), man handled the Vikings (8W-8L) and finished out the regular season by demolishing the Cowboys (13W-3L) to slip into the wild card slot. Unfortunately the injuries plaguing the team kept us from getting past the Seahawks in the Wildcard Game. Regardless, most quarterbacks in the league would hate to have to go up agains those 4 teams to finish up the season and Collins did it and WON 4 straight!!
Enter Jim Zorn...He benches Todd Collins in 2008 after an excellent finish to the previous season and goes with Campbell to head up his "West coast offense." The management wastes a 6th round draft pick on Colt Brennan (who would be better than Campbell if they actually used him) while the team was suffering from injuries elsewhere and could have really used some offensive linemen and runningbacks!
And look at the Redskins' scoring habits vs play calling for this season...They will pass the ball or run the ball the whole first half and if it's working then Zorn will stop whatever was working and start doing the opposite in the second half! Or they'll be playing against a week pass defense like the Rams or Lions and run the ball the whole game! I thought that the Skins were supposed to be going over to a "Westcoast Offense?" Why the hell does he want to run the ball every time he should be passing?
Clock management? Other than playing like crap the whole game, they lost to the Lions because Campbell kept throwing the ball down the middle of the field with 3 minute 3, 90 yards to go and no time outs! Seriously?! Every Redskins fan was yelling "THROW IT TO THE SIDELINE!" at the TV that weekend!
Zorn has got to go, you might be able to salvage Campbell since he is (or I should say was now that that they have the offensive "consultant") taking the plays from Zorn. Draft nothing but O-Line and maybe a low dollar back up runningback and I guarantee that the Skins will get some more wins next season...
oh yeah, I forgot...DAN SNYDER SHOULD SELL ASAP! I know that I WILL NOT renew my season tickets until there is new ownership! Since Snyder took ownership in 99' the team has a 79W-86L LOSING record, one NFC East Championship in 99 (probably reminants of the previous owner Jack Cooke's work) only three playoff appearences (2 of which were wild card spots that didn't lead to a playoff birth). It's a shame that a single man can bring a dynasty down that quickly...
4:46, such a long diatribe. Your team SUCKS! Period. The Steelers are so good that everyone wants to hate them now. You hate them because they show up each season and get the job done. You may measure a team's success week to week (which is why you suck as a fan) but Steelers fans are in it for the long haul. Which is why we're not sweating the first 5 weeks.

Champ Bailey for one is having a great year, how the heck did we ever let fo of players that produced, loved the game and took a pay loss to stay.
Snyder, your an idiot, Ive seen your house in Potomac and know how you act to others. Rich boy playing with a football team. The only thing you care about is marketing the team to make money, wins and loses mean nothing to you.

Steelers fans, you all are worthless. Redskins came up with the fight song! I don't understand why you have to put "Here we go Steelers" at the end of everything. That song is an embarrassment to fight songs. Seriously, have you even listened to it. No one can argue with 6 trophies, but 2 in the past few years. Trust me it will come around again to the Skins. And also, trust that you will not win the Super Bowl this year and there is a good chance your team will be watching the playoffs!
