I just called Delmar PD, this looks exactly like a guy I know from school. The pic is small so I cant be certain ... but if it is him then thanks for posting this pic Joe..bc you may have helped take another robber off the streets. Ill let you know as soon as I hear if it was him and if he was caught.

Well here lies the problem,,this is why maryland needs to be a right to carry state. A few well armed citizens could have greeted this sucker and saved the taxpayers allot of money and grief..If the families don't fix these problems in childhood this is what we get, So it s now up to society to correct the problem. Well the RX to fix this is for a well armed citizen. Cops cant be evetywhere at once> A police state is not what we need. More cops will never stop crime. The courst let us down, just to keep thier budgets fat and add to a treadmill of failure.

For your information, I am married, have a child, have a nursing degree and own my house and car. What do you do. Where do you get off making some accusation when you have no clue. Its people like you that need to get a life and stop offering your unrequested opinion. I simply thought it looked like a guy I knew from school, called the police and gave them a name and they looked into it. What a poor excuse for a human being, grow the hell up.
No offence this is in delaware. but i have lived in delmar all my life and delmar isnt turning out into a good town it used to be a nice little quiet town hardly nothing bad usually happens. Except now the bonanza getting set on fire and the robberies the two trailer park deaths. if anyone wants to know about those they can email me @ lauren.lecates@yahoo.com anyways. this sure looks like someone i kno.
