NOT the same Brandon Givens that drives race horses. That Brandon lives in Seaford, DE and is not a black female. A MD Court Case search shows a Brandon Givens (black male) in Salisbury who has multiple arrests for drugs, etc.

This Brandon will soon be seen in the news again im sure, he has been a drug dealer for years now- nothing changes around here, he will get out on probation & start doing it again, just wait & see.

I am glad it was not the same person.

Then, as in most drug arrests, the focus of the trial will be on the officers and their conduct to gain probable cause for the arrest.

I know everyone has rights, but sometimes it seems that the criminals have more rights than the police officers that arrest them and the victims. Ive heard of so many lawsuits against police and/or municipilaties...

times have changed...
