Is Jakubiak still making money off the city? Wasn't he brought in with a Dunn deal?

Oh great what this city needs, more annexations. When are the citizens going to speak up and demand that the city stop all annexations. Wouldn't urban renewal be a better idea? Mike Dunn though Chris Jakubiak was cute so he brought him to Salisbury. I guess now Liarton will take Dunn's position on him. Jakubiak has no experience with Salisbury's needs and minimal experience in his field.
