State of Maryland v. Kenneth Alvira sentencing was held today.
1. First Degree Murder - Life Without Parole
2. Armed Carjacking - 30 Years in the Division of Correction (Maximum Sentence) to run consecutively to the sentence of Life Without Parole; and
3. Grand Theft - 15 Years in the Division of Correction to run concurrent with the 30 Years consecutive to Life Without Parole.

They hit him hard as they could in Maryland. Thirty years consecutively, that hammered the lid shut. We are all responsible for our actions. Good Job Davis. Now we have to pay for this piece of garbage for a long, long time. We should offer them a choice? Swallow the pill and save yourself and all of us the trouble.

You could lock up ten of these thugs a day,sadly it would still not deter others from leading the "gangsta lifestyle".Sad but true.Whatever family and friends this loser has will elevate him to martyrdom now that hes a "lifer".Yeah there are actually subgroups in our society who celebrate their inmate relatives they way us normal people celebrate a family member who graduates college or goes into the service.
He looks kinda delicate for prison though.
We need to get some balls in Maryland and start giving out the death penalty again and actually use it or we are going to see alot more of this.
