On September 16, 2009 at approximately 3:30 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to a residence on Howard Street for the report of an assault. Upon arrival the officers met with a juvenile female and her mother who had both been the victims of the assault. The juvenile female advised that she had gotten off of a school bus near her residence and was followed home by the below listed three (3) suspects whom she knew by name. The suspects engaged the victim in an argument then physically assaulted the victim in front of her residence. The victim’s mother attempted to break up the altercation and was sprayed with mace by suspect # 1. The suspects fled from the area but were located by responding officers. The victims did not require medical attention.

On September 17, 2009 at approximately 5:32 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police were on routine patrol in the area of E. Church Street and observed the below listed suspects trespassing on posted property.
The suspects were placed under arrest and during a search incident to arrest, suspect # 1 was found to have twenty-six (26) small bags of suspected “crack”/cocaine on his person.
ARRESTED #1: Timyron Lamar Hutt, 19 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

Trespassing on posted property
Possession of cocaine with intent to distribute
Possession of cocaine
Possession of CDS/paraphernalia
ARRESTED #2: Ricky Lee Shockley, 23 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

On September 17, 2009 at approximately 6:57 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on an arrest warrant for an assault that occurred on May 8, 2009. On that date the suspect was involved in an altercation with a family member that led to the suspect threatening the victim with a handgun then assaulting the victim with a knife. The victim was stabbed in the right shoulder and was treated and released from the Peninsula Regional Medical Center.
