There are about 10 people walking around Feldman's right now and they look to be Inspectors.
I have a call into Code & Compliance to see if they know what's going on or if they're aware of the activity but I have yet to get a response.
Who knows, maybe they finally have a buyer?

They are drilling holes in the wall to spy on SBY News.
The bank of Delamr is most likely challenging the opinion of code and compliance,(are they even licensed to make an opinion).
David Miller is the owner of that building. He is a FOB and had Bubba Comagees signs planted all over that property.
If they are spending any time in that building, I sure hope their shots are current. God only knows what is growing in that dumo.
Tear it down. A clean vacant lot is better than that building.
I was there this morning and overheard an inspector ask another man "so you plan to replace the windows" sounds as if a renovation is in the works>
