You are correct, it is not free. The people who have health insurance pay for it.
I would rather give it to the hard working hispanics than to the prisoners. The prisoners get free cable, food, $2 health care, free room and board, exercise, drugs, alcohol, women, etc. and I have to take 9 furlogh days.
Maybe it's because we owe so many countries so much money that we have no choice but to leave our borders open.
