On July 13, 2009 at approximately 5:34 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police arrested the below listed suspect on a warrant obtained by Salisbury officers for a robbery and theft that occurred on July 4th of this year. At that time the suspect and an accomplice assaulted a male victim in the area of North Salisbury Boulevard and Elizabeth Street and took the victim’s wallet containing U.S. currency.
ARRESTED: Marcus Leon Anderson, 21 years of age Salisbury, Maryland

Robbery
Conspiracy to commit robbery
Second degree assault
Reckless endangerment
Conspiracy to commit reckless endangerment
Theft (under $ 100)
