This one I caught in the SGV Tribune the other day and called the Editorial Room and asked who wrote this. It took two or three readings before the editor realized that what he was reading was impossible!!! They put in a correction the next day.

I don't believe proofreading is the dying art.
Journalism is the dying art.
Witness the complete lack of journalistic integrity over the coverage of Obama as proof.
Not one tough question or story yet about his wreckless policies and complete lack of competence.

Some of these "headlines" are absolutely hilarious. Wow, I needed a good laugh. Unfortunately, it is so true about proofreading. The command of the English language seems to be completely gone. Now all you have is typo's.
