Tells conference U.S. responding to warming threat with 'cap-and-trade'

Former Vice President Al Gore, whose "An Inconvenient Truth" video epistle on the claims of global warming has not weathered recent scientific research, now has promised at a conference in the United Kingdom that the impending virtual energy tax under the U.S. "cap-and-trade" legislation will bring about "global governance."
Gore, who this year famously left his Nashville mansion's driveway brightly illuminated during the "Earth Hour" event that promoted energy savings, was speaking at the Smith School World Forum on Enterprise and the Environment.
He cited the "cap-and-trade" legislation in the U.S. Congress that by President Obama's own estimate would cause utility bills to skyrocket for American consumers.
Those taxes are good, Gore said.

China, India and other third world countries will never comply. We will suffer even more.
What is Gore's carbon ass print ? what a scam it's all about creating a B.S. tax.
8:42, who knows whether they will or not. No reason to be a partner in killing our planet though. What is wrong with clean air, clean water, responsible stewardship of the land? I'll bet you're all jived up about leaving you children and grandchildren all the debt.....what about leaving them a world without adequate resources?
9:53, tell me about the "scam" when the Eastern Shore goes under water.

Please tell me you dont buy this global warming crap. It is the biggest scam ever perpetrated on the whole world. If you were to remember back in the 70s they told us that we were in for another ice age, when that didnt pan out and the sun spots returned the temps warmed for several years and they told us we were going through global warming. This year is going to be one of the coldest years in the last century. I do notice that the global warming alarmist have started referring to it as climate change now. I guess this way they thing they are covering their bases no matter what happens.
And unless we get a bad hurricane you will not live long enough to see any parts of now habitable land under water. Remember these scientists are the same ones that cant tell you what the wether will be like next week, let alone in 100 or so years
3:09...OK Nostradamus, but keep the boat ready just in case.
