Obama and his cohorts -- Pelosi, Reed, Hoyer -- are trying to push it thru before the August recess after all (don't believe what they are saying about not until after the recess).

Maybe Mr. Patrick Samuels and Mr. Frank KRatovil can have a beer and retract the cap and trade bill?
