Salisbury Police Department Press Releases

Kevin Vincent Bordley, 49yoa of Salisbury, MD was arrested on July 27, 2009 for Burglary 2nd & 4th degree, Theft less than $500 and Attempted Theft less than $500. On July 27, 2009 at approximately 6:48am, officers responded to Arthur Court for a burglary in progress. Officers were advised that the suspect was a black male wearing a blue tank top, black shorts with a bald head. Officers checked the area and located a subject meeting the description in the South Division Street area near McKinley Street. The subject was stopped and identified as Bordley. A witness was transported to the scene where Bordley was positively identified as the subject that had entered into an apartment and removed an amount of U.S. Currency from the victim’s purse before running away. Bordley was also wanted on an outstanding Circuit Court Bench Warrant for Violation of Probation. Bordley was released to the custody of Central Booking. 200900026334 & 200900026336

Timothy Levi Hornsby, 25yoa of Parsonsburg, MD was arrested as a Fugitive from Justice from the State of Delaware in the 100 block of Milford Street. Hornsby is accused of being in Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, Attempted Burglary in the 2nd Degree, Aggravated Menacing, Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapon and Conspiracy in the 2nd Degree. Hornsby was released to the custody of Central Booking. 200900026366

Kevin Bordley again! This is his 4 or 5th burglary arrest! Joe, what is wicomico county doing? They keep letting this freak out to do it again!
