Supreme Court Issues Landmark Ruling on Judicial Recusal

There should be a lot of recuseing going on. Who will be left for the big cases?

Will this case also apply to elected officials, say City Council members, who were backed by landlords, from voting on anything that affects the landlords?

11:04, this case is about elected officials. In some jurisdictions judges are elected (how dumb ass is that). Yep, you can bet the statued lady outside those courthouses don't have blindfolds on.
