actually they cut threw the fences and were most likely heading into the neighborhood behind the fenced in lot.
They cut through 2 fences and entered through the neighbor hood behind, the lot. Ive seen the scene, it had to be a group of people. The could have entered through the front and prob. got away with it. Thanks to Wicomico's finest.
