Brandywine Hundred Man Arrested For Possessing Child Pornography
Location of Incident: 1228 Faun Road, Wilmington, New Castle County
Date and Time of Occurrence: June 3, 2009
Suspect(s): William J. Levering, 29.
On June 3, 2009, members of the Child Predator Task Force, detectives from State Police Troop 2 and uniformed troopers executed a search warrant at 1228 Faun Road, Wilmington, DE. The search warrant was as a result of an on-going investigation into the on-line distribution of child pornography videos and images. The search warrant was executed and two desktop computers, three laptop computers as well as cell phones, digital cameras and other digital evidence were seized.
Investigators located four people at the residence and all we were interviewed at Troop 1. Forensic previews resulted in the discovery of child pornography images on one of the laptop computers. A suspect was identified as a result of the investigation.
Based on information developed William J. Levering was arrested and charged with 28 counts of unlawfully using a computer to depict children engaged in prohibited sex acts. Levering was ordered held on $280,000.00 secured bail. He was turned over to the Department of Correction in default of bail.

These freaks into kiddie porn need to start getting serious jail time and no probation.Most of them are repeat offenders and they just cannot be cured.
Ugh! This is just sick! Remove him from society before he actually molests a child, and if he has molested a child, just shoot him! bluto is right; these people don't bet better; they just get better at it.
