On Thursday June 18th, members of the New Castle County Police, Probation and Parole and Delaware State Police conducted a prostitution-related enforcement initiative in the New Castle area as part of all three agencies collective and ongoing efforts to combat the prostitution problem, to include ‘quality of life’ concerns in this area. During the course of the initiative, the following individuals were arrested on the listed charges:

You just know they have probably big kids who they never raise from using dope over the kids alcohol or well this, the prostitution sad when you think about it,the prostitutes here look well over late 40s 50's,while some in their 30s'forties look way younger when you're taking GOOD care of yourself,they look really bad here. sad when you're really thinking about it. but more sad for the kids they left behind or gave up on.
