State Police Homicide Detectives have charged Morelli with 1 count of Manslaughter and 1 count of Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony for his part in the killing of John J. Nunemann, 35, also of Indian Village. Morelli was committed to the Department of Correction in default of $30,000 bail. A preliminary hearing for Morelli has been set for June 4, 2009 in the Court of Common Pleas for Sussex .
