I find it amusing that you would actually post this 2C. Do you know why they hired a speed reader? Because the democrats are trying to shove this pointless energy bill down our throats. Cap and Trade is a joke. It will NOT help the environment and only big companies (GE) and investors will benefit from it. We will actually pay more taxes for this. The republicans had to slow the process down so they asked them to read the bill. The democrats thought it would be great to hire a speed reader. Dumba**es. And what pisses me off more that these idiots (Both Rep & Dem) are laughing while are country is in an economic crisis.
