Incident: Driving Without a License
Date of Incident: 8 April 2009
Location: Laurel Road at San Domingo Road, Sharptown, MD
Suspect: Timothy N. Handy, 30, Sharptown, MD


Narrative: On 8 April 2009 at 10:00 AM, a deputy from the WCSO observed Timothy Handy operating a motor vehicle on Laurel Road just outside Sharptown. The deputy had recently received information that Handy was operating his motor vehicle without a driver’s license. After confirming that information the deputy stopped Handy and arrested him for operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license.
Handy was transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Handy was released on Personal Recognizance.

Incident: Assault
Date of Incident: 8 April 2009
Location: 6900 block of Forest Grove Road, Parsonsburg, MD
Suspect: Aricka Webb, 26, Parsonsburg, MD


Narrative: On 8 April 2008 at 2:41 PM, deputies from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 6900 block of Forest Grove road for a reported altercation between two residents. Upon the arrival of the deputies, they observed the two residents involved in a very heated verbal altercation. During the altercation, one of the residents, Aricka Webb began destroying items in the house that belonged to the other resident. During the incident Webb became very abusive to the deputies and struck one of the deputies when she began throwing items around the house. Webb refused all requests to calm down so she was subsequently placed under arrest. Upon arrest, Webb became uncooperative and attempted to resist the deputy’s efforts and even had to be physically assisted to the deputy’s vehicle.
Webb was transported to the Central Booking Unit where she was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Webb was detained by the Commissioner in the Detention Center in lieu of $10,000.00 bond.

Incident: Assault First Degree
Date of Incident: 8 April 2009
Location: 11500 block of Old School Road, Mardela Springs, MD
Suspect: juvenile female, 15 YOA, Mardela Springs, MD


Narrative: On 8 April 2008 at 8:28 PM, a deputy from the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office responded to an altercation inside a residence in the 11500 block of Old School Road in Mardela Springs. Upon arrival, the deputy met with two adults outside of the residence who informed the deputy that a 15 YOA female was inside the residence, out of control, and throwing knives at family members. The deputy made contact with the juvenile who was enraged and screaming obscenities. During the investigation, the deputy observed a knife lying on the ground after it was alleged the juvenile had thrown it.
The juvenile was arrested and transported to the Sheriff’s Office. Upon contacting the Department of Juvenile Services, a decision was made to detain the juvenile in the Lower Shore Children’s Center pending formal court action.

Incident: Possession of Marijuana
Date of Incident: 9 April 2009
Location: 1900 block of N. Salisbury Blvd., MD
Suspect: Tommy Beauchamp, 20, Salisbury, MD


Narrative: On 9 April 2009 at 3:04 AM, a deputy observed an occupied vehicle in the parking lot of a closed business in the 1900 block of N. Salisbury Blvd. Upon approaching the vehicle, a male passenger, later identified as Tommy Beauchamp, exited the vehicle and began walking away from it. The deputy stopped Beauchamp and had him return. Upon approaching the vehicle, the deputy detected the odor of marijuana emanating from within the vehicle. Upon searching the vehicle, the deputy located marijuana inside that Beauchamp claimed ownership of.
Beauchamp was placed under arrest and transported to the Central Booking Unit where he was processed and taken in front of the District Court Commissioner. After an initial appearance, Beauchamp was released by the Commissioner on Personal Recognizance.

This looks like more work by the dynamic duo. Chester and Workman. They say the knife thrown at a family member was destroyed when Chester used his laser vision and it melted. Workman is aaid to have lept two shrubs in a single bound.

Workman once did five hundred no hand push ups.
