On April 6, 2009 at approximately 3:30 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police Department were on routine patrol in the area of Smith Street and Maryland Avenue and observed a physical altercation between the two (2) below listed suspects. The officers separated the suspects and a further investigation revealed that the suspects became involved in a verbal argument which led to the mutual assault.
ARRESTED #1: Amanda Marie Sullivan, 18 years of age St. Michaels, Maryland
ARRESTED #2: Candace Suzanne McLaurin, 30 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES (Both): Second degree assault
DISPOSITION: Both released to Central Booking CC # 200900011539
On April 6, 2009 at approximately 5:05 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Giant Food Store on South Salisbury Boulevard for the report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival the officers were advised that the below listed suspect had been observed by store employees taking seafood from the store without making any attempts at payment.
ARRESTED: Linwood White, 42 years of age Salisbury, Maryland
CHARGES:
Theft (Under $ 100)
Attempted theft
DISPOSITION: Released to Central Booking CC # 200900011545
On April 6, 2009 at approximately 11:44 pm, Officers of the Salisbury Police received a call to respond to the Thrift Travel Inn for the report of a domestic assault. Upon arrival the officers met with the female victim that had been assaulted by the below listed suspect. The subjects had been involved in a verbal argument which resulted in the suspect striking the victim in the facial area. The victim did not need medical attention.

CHARGES: Second degree assault
