Boda Campaign

Apparently, Boda didn't get enough of an butt-whipping this time around. This is from his Facebook:

"Muir Boda Yes, that is what we are planning to do. Pick up all my signs tomorrow for next time. 2011 will come fast. Thanks for your vote, now we focus on the Ravens Super Bowl run!!!!!!!!!!!"

Facebook is awesome. Graet way to stay in touch. And everything is out in the open!

Yeah, pick up those signs Muir because they're expensive and working at Walmart doesn't pay well. As a Steelers fan, how about focusing on getting your wife the right to vote first before focusing on your favorite sports team, which by the way you don't suit up for on Sundays.

P.S. How many times will we see Muir at council meetings in the next 3 years. I'm going with he'll be there every time they meet for the next 6 months and by 2010 no one there could pick him out of a line-up

I work at Walmart make more than a school teacher!

All well and good, but remember who was holding Boda signs yesterday...Cathcart, Insley, etc. and his allegiance to the green blogger. Dirty, dirty politics. Mr. Boda, you should have stood up against that and distanced yourself, but you wanted a council seat more than you wanted to stand for what was right. I don't think that voters will forget that in 18 months. Even those who were willing to give you the benefit of the doubt saw through the disguise about a week ago. You may be a nice guy, but it is too late now to ask people to trust you.

9:46 how about benefits? Are they any good compaired to, say, working for the city or county?

Anon 9:46:

Actually, even most managers at Walmart don't make more than a school teacher in Wicomico County. Maybe Somerset... maaaybe.

Muir,
Sorry to say because I do think you are a nice guy who got caught up in nasty politics, but your political career here is done. Your big mistake was listening to bad advice from the Comegys team (a particularly dumb move was counting how many times Debbie voted no, and we know that came from the Comegys camp) and sticking witht he green guy.

I couldn't have said it better. Mr. Boda lost a lot of credibility.

According to your poor grammar I believe you do work at Walmart. I doubt seriously you make more money than a school teacher unless you are talking about working 80 hours a week on the clock. Go back to school and finish your education. BTW, you need to thank a school teacher for getting you this far in life.

Here's a thought,

As Muir is cleaning the floors at Walmart today, Do you think Muir will be telling himself "I was once a contender". Next time I see Muir at a Council meeting, which mark my words he'll be MIA, I'll quote on of my favor lines from GOODFELLAS. "Hey Muir, go home and get your &*%$# shinebox"

I don't live in Salisbury but if he does run against Terry, I'll donate to her campaign and do whatever is needed to see that she wins.

Choose your friends wisely. Hanging w/ Tilgman, Comegys, Gordy was and will be the death of you.

Most politicians are crooks, and you have picked 3 of the best to associate yoruself with and get backing from.

Comegys will be gone next time too.
