This is why we need tougher penalties for crime. Again I'll say, fire a weapon while committing these types of crime, Death Penalty. That is a deterrent to crime! Life for his accomplice unless he comes forward on his own and turns States Evidence. Now you have one criminal who won't be a repeat offender do to the death penalty and one criminal with a huge incentive to come forward and turn the shooter in to reduce his sentence.

It's time for all of us to take a stand. Tell your legislators you want extreme sentences for gun crimes. That's what it will take to deter these types of crime.
