i think this limit should be changed to at least $500.
I think $250 is good - limit the amount of control the slumlords have over the election. Jim's donations have been small - it's Comegys' who's hamstrung by his pals limited to $250 a piece. They have to spread around the money to different family members and such, and I imagine most don't have enough friends to spread around all the money they'd like to give....
