Joe's report on the WWTP problem comments extensively on the irresponsibility of using an untested "proprietary" and "unique" system. He is dead-on.
It is not only irresponsible, but probably ILLEGAL. Surely, a public works project of this magnitude requires (by law) the lowest bid.
A "proprietary" product (by definition)is exclusive to ONE entity. Was the normal bidding process illegally circumvented?

You and I both heard the Mayor say these reports should have not been "leaked" out. So the real reason this system is not working is because of "leaked" reports, Debbie Cambell and of course the main culprit... Joe Albero. Thanks Joe for ruining our 80m+ water tx system. I knew the truth was a bad thing.
